Generate the One Search Database Usage report
The One Search Database Usage report shows each database configured at the site, as well as the number of searches performed by staff, students, and guests. Usage information is available starting in the month One Search is activated. Sites can limit the results by date range.
To generate the report:
- Select Reports > Library Reports.
- Under Statistics, click One Search Database Usage.
- Use the From and to drop-downs to select a month and year date range.Note: If a beginning and ending date range is not selected, then the report defaults to data from the previous 12 months.
- Click Run Report.
