Generate Reading Program reports
Reading Program reports let you compare your titles with the Accelerated Reader™ or Scholastic Reading Counts® quizzes you have purchased. You can generate a list of titles with quizzes, and see if there are additional quizzes or titles you need to buy to complete your collection.
| Important: If you have an Enterprise subscription, you already have access to all available quizzes, and do not need to run Titles with No Matching Quizzes.For the same reason, Quizzes with No Matching Titles is not very useful with an Enterprise subscription. |
To generate the report:
- Select Reports > Library Reports.
- Under Catalog — Titles & Copies, click Reading Program Reports.
- Choose Accelerated Reader® or Reading Counts®.
- To limit the report by Reading Level or Point Value, enter the minimum and maximum values.
- Select the type of report you want to generate:
- Quizzes with No Matching Titles
- Titles with No Matching Quizzes
- Titles with Quizzes
- Select how you want the report sorted: Title, Author, or Call Number.Note: You cannot sort Quizzes with No Matching Titles by Call Number.
- Click Run Report. Report Manager opens.
- Click View to see the report.
