| Circulation | Enables the entity to access management of library materials, it tracks items checked out and check in to patrons, handles renewals and fines. |
| Reports | Enables the entity to access for generating reports and analysing usage data and access user needs. |
| Home | Enables the entity to navigate the tools, allowing users to return to the main page or starting point of the system with a single click. |
| Dashboard | Enables the entity to view relevant data and monitor activities, such as Circulation usage, Collection Report, Collection Statuses and Growth Rate Report. |
